   This circus-themed fabric collection tempted me to do an all-cotton fabric collage in fall colors displaying a night-time circus performance. I pulled various other fabrics from my quilters stash. It measures 17" by 20" and is mounted to hang on the wall as a solid piece. It is hand appliquéd and hand quilted.

There were over 600 entries and only 10 were chosen. This  wasn't one of the winners, but I learned many helpful things to enhance my creative uses with textiles.  For several years I had two homes in Tacoma, WA and Baker City, OR and I drove back and forth between them.
